Thank you for choosing ReLeaf Massage services. To ensure a safe, respectful, and professional experience for all clients and therapists, We have outlined the following policies:

Booking & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
  • Same-day appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis and are subject to an additional fee.

24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • I require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 12 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Therapist Safety & Professional Boundaries

  • Our therapists are licensed professionals who provide therapeutic services only.
  • Clients must remain fully draped at all times, unless otherwise discussed in a professional and appropriate context (e.g., sports massage, injury treatment).
  • Any form of inappropriate behavior, solicitation, or suggestive comments will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund and potential permanent blacklisting from future services.
  • Such incidents may be reported to law enforcement, if necessary.

Clean & Safe Environment

  • Clients must provide a clean, safe, and private space for the massage session if its a mobile appointment
  • Therapists reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the session if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

Health Considerations

  • Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the session.
  • If you are feeling ill or have been exposed to a contagious illness, we ask that you reschedule for the safety of everyone involved.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Zelle).

Lateness Policy

  • If the client is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for subsequent appointments.
  • If the therapist is late due to unforeseen circumstances, the session will be extended if possible or rescheduled at no extra cost.

Inclement Weather or Travel Delays

  • In case of bad weather or traffic-related issues, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to arrive on time or notify you of any delays.
